Our large scallop decorative trim is perfect for adding charm to panelling or revamping shelves and furniture!
They can be used to go around the room, on top of our panelling as a border, on the edges of shelves or in many other ways that you can think of! They’re very versatile and easy to use.
The large scallop trim was one of our original decorative trims that we first made and is still the best seller out of all our trims and was also featured in the winning space on the BBC's Interior Design Masters 2024!
Each large scallop trim is 1000mm long (so 100cm / 1 meter for ease of use and calculating how much you’ll need for your project!), 60mm wide at the widest point and is made out of 6mm moisture resistant premium MDF, and ready for you to decorate. (Please refer to the product image with further measurements on for more details.)
All they require are priming, then a light sand (to make really smooth) and painting in your chosen colour!
Alternatively, you can select from the ready “primed” option, where we will prime the trim for you so it will be ready for you to just give a light sand and then paint straight away in your chosen colour, and install! Easy!

The trims can be quickly attached to the wall using a good quality grab adhesive, or pinned into place even quicker by using a nail gun. This makes the decorative trims speedy and stress free to install enabling you to instantly transform a space!
We use the highest quality moisture resistant MDF we have found to ensure you get the best product available. There’s lots of cheaper options of MDF out there but we’ve tried them over the years and have selected this one due to the premium finish and moisture resistant properties it will achieve in your home.
(All our wood is from sustainably managed forests: FSC® Mix wood contains at least 70% FSC® certified and/or recycled wood, the remainder being FSC® controlled wood.)
Each of our decorative trims are designed, made and packed by us in our Lancashire workshop, which is all powered by 100% renewable energy! We do everything under our one roof to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum and to ensure we personally can quality check everything for you before it leaves.
