Returns policy:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase then you can return the item(s) as long as they are brand new and undamaged. Returns will be at your own expense and we recommend using a tracked service so you get proof of delivery. You have 30 days to let us know that you would like to return any items.

If the item(s) arrive with you damaged please send us a photo via email (info@trimsandco.com) showing the damage and state of parcel on arrival, along with your order number, and we will look into this and advise as soon as possible to get the issue resolved. Please let us know within 7 days of the parcel arriving of any damage.
